i almost thought i could leave a decent review, but the breakfast service was a disaster, and cold burnt toast was the highlight. but instead, the so-called 'normal' guests seemed to get more attention. absolutely appalling service, very disappointing overall.

Convenient location near attractions.

The noise from the road was quite disruptive, as the window in my room couldn't shut properly, letting in both drafts and sounds. It was frustrating to find that the hot water was hardly warm during my showers, making my mornings uncomfortable. the overall appearance of the room felt tired and in need of an update, detracting from the overall experience.

A cozy family escape!

We were welcomed warmly and received kids' snack packs upon check-in. The spacious room had a sitting area and kitchen, making it perfect for our family. The kids had a blast at the pool, and the friendly staff made our dining experience relaxed and enjoyable.

this hotel is super well located and the parking is easy to get to. the beds were extremly comfy and i had a great night sleep. the staff at the bar could be friendlier, but the food in the oak bar was really excellnt and tasty. the receptionist was really nice and helpful.

Stayed for 2 nights. the breakfast was superb, especially the freshly cooked eggs. Loved the spacious double room with a balcony. Just found the room a bit too warm without air conditioning.

The stay featured a lovely heated pool and a cozy room with a comfortable bed, though the bathroom cleanliness was lacking, with dust in the vents and an unkempt bath. The bar food was excellent, yet the uninviting atmosphere detracted from the overall experience. Despite a fantastic and affordable dinner, the lack of Italian dishes and confusion with service during breakfast highlighted areas for improvement.

Ample parking on site was super convenient and a nearby Supervalu made picking up essentials easy. the receptionist was fantastic, making check-in straightforward and pleasant. The room was spacious with loads of sockets, a Nespresso machine, and a lovely bath/shower.

No negatives to mention.

The dinner was subpar, but the leisure facilities were impressive with great amenities.
